The charges below are fully inclusive of electricity, wi-fi access, heating oil, bed linen, bath and tea towels (sorry, we do not supply beach towels). A cot and high chair are available on request. There is a pay telephone for your convenience.

Terms of payment
A non-returnable prepayment of one third of the total rent is required at
the time of booking. On receipt of this payment we will confirm your booking
in writing which forms the contract between us. The balance of the rent &
the refundable £50 Good Housekeeping Deposit will become due six weeks
before your holiday. We will acknowledge receipt by sending directions.
If we do not receive the balance by that date, we may assume you have
cancelled your booking and may seek to re-let the cottage. Cancellation by
the tenant must be in writing and full payment will be required if the
holiday is cancelled four weeks or less before it is due to be taken. A full
refund (including the deposit) will be made if the booking is cancelled by
us.
